Infinity Decor Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

All products listed on Infinity Decor are available for purchase directly through our website. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure payments via major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other approved methods shown at checkout.

Before completing your order, please review all details carefully, including quantities, product specifications, and delivery address. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation summarising your order.

 

2. Order Amendments & Cancellations

We understand that you may need to make changes to your order after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@infinitydecor.co.uk, quoting your order number.

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled or amended within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
    • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt following the standard returns process.

 

3. Out-of-Stock or Delayed Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or delayed:

  • You will be notified by email with an estimated delivery date or alternative product options.
  • If the new timeframe does not suit you, you may request a full refund before dispatch.

 

4. Pre-Orders

Certain items on Infinity Decor are available for pre-order. Full payment is taken at the time of ordering to secure your item.

  • Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are provided on each product page.
  • Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible unless there is a significant delay beyond the stated delivery window or if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your pre-ordered item is delayed, we will contact you with updated delivery information and the option to cancel for a full refund.

 

5. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Approved order cancellations made before dispatch will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for returned items after dispatch will follow our Return and Refund Policy.
