1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

- All international orders are shipped from Birmingham, UK.
- Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.
- The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed, shipping costs (and any return shipping fees) will be deducted from your refund.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time or incur a surcharge - we will contact you if this applies.
- Severe weather or courier disruptions can occasionally impact delivery schedules.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once dispatched, your parcel is in the hands of the courier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged parcels, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us at info@infinitydecor.co.uk within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unless the product is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
